Back in my day, video games were Simon and Speak N Spell.
How about Merlin, and of course, the Mattel hand held football, baseball, etc....

i may be a loser, but i love it. we try to have a xbox lan party once a month. we have twelve regulars ranging from high school age to grandpas. in fact we are having one tomorrow night. cant wait.

I am married to a computer geek, and he loves video games. We try to buy games that we can play together, but he also loves those first person shooter games, and I won't play those. As long as the video games and computers take a back seat to me, I am ok with it.

WEST BEND, Wis. — A person was injured Thursday morning outside a Wal-Mart department store racing for a chance to buy one of 10 coveted video game systems the store will put on sale Friday.
An assistant manager announced to a crowd of about 50 people that the store was only going to receive about 10 of the Sony PlayStation 3 game consoles and the store official placed 10 chairs outside of the store, police said.
At the signal, the customers were told to run to try to occupy one of the chairs to be able to buy the system at 12:01 a.m. on Friday.
A 19-year-old man ran into a pole and struck his head, injuring himself. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, police said.

I ran into two of these mental genius's waiting this morning while I was in wally world. They said they had been there since 3 in the morning. They even made T-shirts saying what # in line they were.
I've seen the PS3 in action and just can't get excited about it...
I'll stick to my DS for now.

I went to Walmart during my lunch today and saw about 10-15 people camped outside the front door. I guess they are waiting for their change to nab a PlayStation 3...scary!
Becka my husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for 8, he knows his limitations when it comes to computer and video game time.

How about this, last video game that we bought was the Super Nintendo, we were waiting for the XBox to come out but by the time it finally did we were out of the habit of playing. Don't miss it at all...no yelling at the kids to turn it off, around my house it's "Put that book down and go clean your room!" (I have a read-a-holic instead of a game-a-holic) And just image the $$ that we have saved....
