Kansas Regulation KAR 75-6-33 says that we must have a copy of the appraisal in file, or if we don't use a state licensed/state certified appraisal then we need to print a copy of the value from the county tax assessor's website and put it in our file. But I thought I heard recently that the state of KS now allows us to use a copy of an automated valuation in the file in place of the two items listed in the regulation. Can anyone confirm this?
