Is there a state specific registration for MSB's in Florida? If yes can someone tell me where to get information?

Start with Myflorida.gov then go to the Office of Financial Regulation and then to the Division of Securites and Finance. Everything you need to want (or not) know is there about MSBs.

This site is the Florida MSB site with links to statues, forms, etc. In Florida, licensing is required for MSBs, but to be considered a check casher, they must charge fees for the services.
