We must now update our initial disclosures and notify our existing customers of the new Reg. E Diclosure Requirement for customers who use ECK. Is there anything else I'm missing? I have found some model disclosure content, but wondering where any of you may have found yours. Also, since I didn't find a model disclosure in the Reg/Federal Register, I'm assuming we have the option of which verbage we use? Thanks for any help.
