I am looking for the log forms that are used to record when an alarm test is conducted and what was tested. Does anyone know where i may be able to find one?

I don't know of any offical forms, but you could make it in the form a table in Word or an Excel spreadsheet?

We put the alarm testing together with a few other requirements that the branch must complete monthly.

Do you (or your alarm provider) have a means of printing a report directly from your alarm system?

I simply log on to the alarm company and all of the tests are recorded. Of course, we use Diebold Revisor, the benefit of using a top shelf company and alarm system.
