Bush administration hasn't decided yet on NJ disaster declaration in wake of storm

If we do not meet the critera for a federal disaster area, what does?

Typically, how long does it take to declare a federal disaster area? I wonder if the administration is in the gather-information stages.

I didn't think there was a good half of NJ? Lol, just kidding.

I love the beach there when it snows, its awesome. Hope you get some relief as I grew up in a location that flooded and that was the worst....

I drove through there many years ago for a wedding and I remember a distinctive odor as well. Maybe the rain will help with that...
