Back in 1993 the agencies issued "Interagency Policy Statement on Documentaion for Loans to Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Farms." This allowed banks to designate a certain amount of loans that would not be subject to eximiner criticism due to reduced documentation on the loan.
Is this still in effect?

Anybody have an answer?

Doing a quick search, I find no where that indicates that this statement has been rescinded.
