Today's Federal Register contains a notice and request for comment from the OCC, FRB, FDIC, and OTS regarding the interagency questions and answers on CRA. It indicates that the document combines the 2001 Q & A's with the 2006 Q & A's from the banking agencies and the OTS' September 2006 Q & A's. The agencies are proposing for comment nine new questions and answers. They are also proposing to revise some of the previously adopted Q & A's. Here's a link to the item.

One of the items they are discussing relates to small business loans that are secured by a dwelling. I have only gotten through the first few pages of the 39 page document. Comments are due by 9/10/07.

Has anyone had issues trying to print the document?

I was able to print it with no problem.
