my bank's curriculum is open to the public and online, simply go to Citibank or Citigroup.com and click on financial education; also have a small business FE program; please understand they are proprietary but will give ya some ideas

PR - From your website - What constitutes an "eligible organization" for volunteer day and the volunteer incentive program?

we require 501(c)3 status or the IRS public school designation for volunteer work; community relations staff load info on volunteer day into an intranet site that employees can visit and see what opportunities are out there in their local community - of course we stress the ones that will get us CRA credit

we have a couple of programs to incent volunteerism:

1. paid time off of course with sup approval to volunteer with eligible nonprofits

2. voluteer 50 or more hours per year and our Foundation will donate $500 to that org

3. we designate anyone who donates 100 hours per year with all orgs as a "Presidential something or another" and they get lunch and some other perks with the Pres or senior management person

PR - That is great! I love it! So you actually list the organizations that they could volunteer at to qualify. How many employees actually do the 50 or more hours allowing for the $500 donation?

yeah we have an office of volunteerism that birdogs all this stuff; and we have grids and spreadsheets for everything; way more organized than I could ever imagine since I came from a midsized community bank

we have 17,000 employees just in Texas; and I think more than 200 supplied the necessary paperwork for the donation; our Foundation also matches personal financial donations up to some max amount
