Would funding scholarships for LMIs enrolled in a technical school count towards CRA credit?

Curled up by the fire...
we do donations (scholarships) for LMI students and we get CRA credit for them

ditto, we do both workforce enhancements in tech and community colleges and academic scholarships at 4 year schools.
