Has anyone esle gotten a complex from the threads when everytime you post it seems to end the discussion  ? Is there such a thing as virtual cooties   ??

Maybe it's the little red x for your picture. See, you've got your picture file linked to a file on your local computer hard drive. That means that you're the only one that can see it. None of the rest of us sees anything except the little red x. You need to link to a picture file that is on an internet site. Alternatively, you can e-mail the picture file you have on your hard drive to Michele Petry - actually, I was reading the BOL contact info today, and did not realize that it is Dr. Michele Petry, pretty impressive - at mpetry@bankersonline.com and she can save the picture onto the BOL server and provide you with the link there. Then we'll all be able to see what you're seeing for your picture.

I too have this complex. I don't put my two cents in often, but it always seems when I do, the thread ends. I think it has something to do with my limited number of posts. (Oh well, I probably killed this one too.I'll have to check tomorrow.)

I was getting a complex from asking a question, getting dozens of "lookers" but no answers. I thought everybody was mad at and not talking to me. That would be weird - on the shrink's couch, "Why do you think the world is against you?" (Sniff) "No one will talk to me on BOL!"

Can ya see me now? I didn't even think about the local link not being visible to others. But then again I probably wasn't thinking at all ! Just trying to be courteous and politically correct for the web site sponsor  ! Thanks for the help and all of your words of encouragement! Pity parties are usually not my style, but it now has given me a new perspective on how the kid on the playground felt when he/she came to play and we all left!

Yes, we can. I understand your concern for the website sponsor. You might want to view their "Terms of Use" policy, especially the part that says you agree to place full credit and a link to Animation Factory where you display one of their images publicly. You might be better off using a public domain image - click here for the results of a Google image search for Texas and flag. Many of these sites do not have the restrictions associated with their images that Animation Factory does.
