I need some help, please regarding 226.13. Our bank makes HELOC's that are tied to a Credit Card. We have written procedures on how disputes are handled if involving a credit card. However, it has brought to our attention we do not have written procedures on how we handle a customer's dispute if, for example his payment did not get credited to his account correctly. We have been told the customer needs to submit it to in in writing and once we investigate we are to notify them in writing of our findings. Can anyone offer any guidance on this or are we just not getting it? Thanks so much for any help.
