Is anyone seeing condo RCBAP renewals with the new version of the dec page yet? As of 10/1/07 the declarations page for an RCBAP is supposed to list the replacement cost value of the entire condo building and the number of units in the building. I'm trying to find out if it has been adopted by many insurance agents yet.

Call some of your local agents and ask them if they have adopted it yet.

We don't do many condo loans and even fewer that are in a SFHA, so I don't expect to see one for some time.
