Under ISB criteria, prior period CD investments that are still on the books may be considered for CRA credit on current exams. However, what about prior period CD loans? If they are still on the books, can we still get credit for them?

Don is correct about reporting only current or renewed CD loans. However, during a CRA PE you can get credit for prior period CD loans and investments albeit on a diminished basis.
