We already did the early notice, we are now working on the required notice. The guide says you ave to send it out 120-100 days before maturity, unless it is required to be earlier due to state law. Does anyone know if it is required under WI law to be earlier? We don't do many of these so I am not certain. Please advise, I appreciate any assistance you can offer.
