Under an umbrella on a sandy b...
Is it a requirement to have the conductors information on the second page as well as the 1 page in section B if they conducted multiple transactions?

If one person conducted transactions for two beneficiaries, then there would be two Section As and one Section B completed.

Now if you had two conductors obviously you would complete page 2 section B.
