He only lost another 25 or so pounds after the show. The guy on the brown team had lost 58 pounds since the show. Neill's just lazy and won't go 100% like he should.

I was glad to see the whiner go too. I don't think he understands what giving 100% is all about. It's great that they both lost more weight after going home but still the numbers aren't that big. We'll see what he looks like athe end. Everyone will be watching for him!

I would love to go on the show, all you have to do is work out all day, have good food brought in for you. no outside influences, I dont have enough to lose to make it on the show but boy would I be buff...in a girly way

We had an employee who knew someone that was on 2006 season, the one with a person from every state, and she said that the house is loaded with temptations, candy, chips, etc. They do workout 4 hours a day but they don't make it easy.

My wife just put together a Biggest Loser contest for the company she works for and this is their first week. Each person who wanted to be in put in $20 and the winner (at the end of 12 weeks) gets 50% of the pot; 2nd gets 30%; and 3rd get 20%.

Hey guys, I watched the show too. I am glad the white team is gone. But what is up with the yellow team, I mean come on ex-usband and wife. If I divorce you, I sure don't want to be around you like that.

Someone here at work was under the impression that the husband on the yellow team is remarried. Has anyone else heard that?

I saw the other day that Jillian has her own website and she will hook you up with a weight loss regimen for free and for a small fee, she will work with you over a period of 6 weeks (I think). I just went to Jillian Michaels website and checked it out. The free meal plan she gives is very general and talks about percentage of protein, carbs and fat. To get the detailed meal plan and workout routines you have to signup. It is only $4 a week which isn't bad. I wish they would have a trial period so I could see if it is worth it.

When I first went to the website I thought there was a trial period. She was having some kind of special where you got 5 DVDs and other stuff for $19.95. It might be worth it to try it, she seems to get results.

Go to the site and fill out the info. Then navigate away. Within a couple days they send a free week trial.

During letters to home talk, the yellow guy mentioned a girlfriend. How weird is that to have your boyfriend go on the show with his ex-wife. It even looks like they share a room. There they were, laying together in the bed.

Did anybody see this last night? It's so confusing how they started out as couples and now they are broke up into two teams. What's the point of being couples (the whole premise of the show supposedly) and then changing it to teams? Anyway, I was glad to see that girl go home. She was annoying. Next week looks interesting. The ex-husband/ex-wife looked like they were going to get into a deep discussion next week.
