We attended our state's sponsorship of Ken Golliher's presentation of Implementing CIP.
I complement Pegasus & Ken for the work in preparation of the written information and the oral presentation.

I wanted to post yesterday and did not. But TODAY, I highly recommend to sign on for today's presentation via BOL.

Our committee said in 2002 and we say now, We wish the Treas would set uniform guidelines for ALL banks to follow so there is a level playing field on which to meet the requirements and where this affects the customer, she/he will not see a difference from one institution to another.
Our bank does not want this regulation to become the hurdle we must require the customer to pass over and our next door competitor does not.

I see this type of nationwide information sharing as a way to set industry standards for customer information verification and K. Golliher has helped set those standards and the mood.

The questions addressed after the session were very good as well.
