We are in an audit and the auditor is questioning our posting of a green poster we were sent by our crop insurance vendor called "And Justice For All." We have a green version posted and the auditor thinks we shoud be posting a red white and blue version. The non discrimination categories described on the posters are slightly different.
Does anyone else have either version of this poster?

However, the regulations do not specify a color scheme and I would compare the language.

The red white and blue UDSA poster is dated 3-98 and the green version from the USDA via our crop insurance vendor is 9/2006.

Could you tell me who has to have these posters and for what reasons? Thanks.

Apparently, the USDA hasn't gotten around to updating their website then. But I now see they say at the top of the page that:

Hiker - I haven't research it thoroughly, but if you sell Federal Crop Insurance, I think you have to display them. Whether or not this extends to the bank - I have no idea. Truthfully, I have worked in a couple of Ag. banks and had never seen one before.

Thanks, we don't sell crop insurance but from the information I wondered if we had to have it if we did Rural Development loans. But, I have never seen it either.
