This is a new situation for me.

We recently purchased another bank and for now they are subsidy of my FI.

Should our public file include information about the subsidy and likewise should the subsidy's file contain info about the entire bank? Also, I'm not sure if their PF should be pretty much left as is or if we should just create a uniform PF for ALL of the branches including those of the subsidy.

Has anyone had this experience and if so what did you do?
