Dlynn58 Platinum Poster Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 789 Texas	I have just been appointed CRA Officer and am new to this so bear with me. Is the CRA Lobby Notice verbage any different that the verbage that would be at the main bank. If so, where do I find the different formats. I have been searching...but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

lucyc Diamond Poster Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 1,074	The notice at our main branch contains the verbiage as outlined in Appendix B to Part 563e CRA Notice (b) Branch Offices. From what I can see, the branch notice contains more information than the main office notice. Is it OK for us to have this as our main office notice?

Proposed new verbiage: ...This list is available from the Regional Director, Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection FDIC 2345 Grand Avenue, Suite 1200, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. Does anyone know if it is ok to make these changes? Thanks for your help!

tjbanker Gold Star Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 310	Where might I find the proposed language FIL? In Appendix B I can see that the Division needs to change to Supervision and Consumer Protection. Our regulator is the FDIC. Where does it state that the Suite is now 1200 for Kansas City? I can't seem to locate it for my files. Thanks for the help!

Wait, shouldn't the CRA Notice read Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection still with the Jesse St @ Ecker Sq address?
