It could be that I'm over-thinking this requirement of displaying the EHL poster, but I'm going to pose the question anyway:

A few of the bank's branches also have loan offices which can be accessed by the public without passing through the branch's lobby where an EHL poster is displayed.

Fair Housing poster requirements state that we "shall conspicuously display an equal housing lender poster in any public lobby and area within the bank where deposits are received OR where such loans are made in a manner clearly visible to the general public entering such areas."

Because there is an "OR" in this statement, are we covered by having only one poster in the branch lobby? Or should we display an additional poster by the entrance to the lending offices?

Thank you in advance!

You should have a poster in both places. It needs to be in any public area where deposits are received or where housing loans are made. In other words, if either condition exists, put up a poster in that area.

If customers can enter the lending zone without passing a poster, put one up in the lending zone.
