I keep a roll in my truck at ALL times...along with haystring. The two necessities of LIFE!

I've never heard the term "haystring" before. Around here it's balin' wire or twine. There are lots of things in this part of the country held together by baling wire and duct tape. We'd be up the crick without. Don't worry about the paddle, crick's dry.

The only two tools you need are duct tape and WD-40. If it moves and it's not supposed to - duct tape it. If it doesn't move, and it's supposed to - WD-40!

And you can use the WD-40 to help remove duct tape residue.

Duct tape, haystring, a tire plug kit, and jumper cables...if that won't do it I'm calling someone else. Or maybe footin' it because my wife has our only cell phone.

Only difference is that I keep mine with the fine linens

Actually, if I was audited for my duct tape possesions...you'd find about a dozen rolls of miscellaneous colors sitting on the dryer, a couple under the sink, two in the car, the purple is in the storage room. I know there are about six rolls somewhere in the sewing room (with the costumes) and there are always a couple rolls in the bathroom.

Oh wait, yellow and white here in the office as well as a roll of removable duct tape.

The camo is my favorite color this year. Last year it was definately neon pink! (Makes such a pretty ball gown)

Hey Dawnie, Where do you find all the good colors? I have red, yellow and blue for use on audit files and I would love to acquire some less common ones.

Dawnie, my son came home from Boy Scout Camp in Utah with his ballcap completely covered in duct tape. The moment I saw it I thought of how proud you would be. It doesn't even look too bad.
