If you pull credit in the hiring process, what criteria have you set, or what information contained in your report, would prevent you from hiring that person? Do you have different criteria for different job positions (cash handling vs non-cash handling)? Do you pull credit annually for all employees? We are needing to improve our internal policies, and trying to get some feedback on what other banks have found beneficial. Thanks.
