Can anyone help me find a website listing the documents the bank needs to retain and the retention period for each document? I have been on the internet all morning searching and am ready to pull my hair out!! Thank you!!

Doesn't the Minnesota Bankers Assn. offer a publication on record retention?

Yes- MBA does issue a records retension book and can be purchased through the MBA office or online at Minnesota Bankers Association select Legal and then page down for a .pdf form to fax to the MBA office. The cost is relatively inexpense $75.00 for an electronic version or $25.00 if you already have a paper version. Hope this helps.
