That's the same thing I thought!!!

The kid is Adam Cagley...and I was wrong...he wasn't on the Sopranos (don't know where I got that from)...he's on some Disney/Nickelodeon show

No. I started 19th position out of 20, so I was only able to get third by the time they ended the race on lap 10.
