Actual User of Services

Question: 
Does our spokesperson actually have to use our services?
Answer: 

If the marketing message indicates the spokesperson uses the bank's services, then the spokesperson needs to be a bona fide user of the service. Opinions have to be honest. Both the endorser and the bank can be subject to liability for false statements.
