I work for an advertising agency that has taken on a bank as a client. I was told that bank advertising is subject to strict regulations. I’m looking for training materials or even a seminar to attend. Do you have any suggestions?

The Banker Store has a webinar presented a little while back by David Dickinson on Advertising Compliance that you can purchase on CD. Also, Bankers Tools has a free Advertising Checklist that I developed at a prior institution that is available.
