We are a small community bank (under $250 million), with three locations. Are there customer relationshipmanagement tools that would be practical and economical for a bank our size?

YES. You can create your own CRM files and data bases, if you have a tech person. Even if you don't, you canretain one for just this purpose. You don't need to spend $30, 40, 50, 000 to get something to work. Just ask for some consultant help that will empower you to handle this effort. Don't be afraid. Just step out and try something. There are no guarantees, just trial and effort.
