Guardians and debit cards

Answered by:

Question:
Can a guardian have a debit card on the account?
Answer:

It actually might depend on what the court-order says. If it says quarterly withdrawals for living expenses it might not be a good idea to give the guardian a debit card and let them make transactions daily. You have to follow the court order.
