Do you have any suggestions for repeat frivolous disputes?
Answer: 

You are required to follow the Notice of Determination/ Frivolous Dispute procedure each time you receive a dispute that is determined to be frivolous. As a precaution, follow approved procedures carefully as the consumer may be looking for a bank error they can cash in on.
