That will depend on what you have in the contract. Night drop contracts usually address many other questions besides picking up processed night bags. There is the question of accepting the bank's determination on the cash amount and other contents of the bag; the matter of whether the customer requires that bags be held unopened until the customer or representative shows up to observe the processing of the deposit; the issue of bags containing cash and/or checks that aren't for deposit (simply kept safe in the bank's vault for pickup later), etc.
