NO Mock Robberies

Question:
You have stated in your programs, 'No MOCK Robberies'. What if we have a video of a mock robbery with an impatient note-passer who does not show a gun? Would this be okay to show employees and branch security officers?
Answer:

Typically, when I say "No mock robberies", I am referring to those conducted on your staff with the "robbers" grabbing your staff or pointing "guns" at them. Our primary rationale against them is that touching staff, threatening them, or making them feel threatened can cause psychological trauma. If you have a video of a mock robbery that is no more frightening than a robbery scene in a movie, you should use your discretion when making a decision to show it.
