Our customer bought a new pet online that never came and wants us to refund them for the loss. Are we required to?
Answer: 

You have a Reg E claim. Now is the time to investigate what happened and how the transfer was made. There are 3 questions you must ask, and look at when the transfers happened, when the bank was notified, and get all the facts. It is possible the bank will have a loss, or it may not. That’s why we investigate.
