Foreign Gas Stations to Stop Accepting Cards

Because of the high card-acceptance fees charged by banks, some gasoline stations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, recently announced they'd stop taking debit or charge cards. Instead, gas customers will have to pay in cash.
