Fed Swamped by Comments: Request for Consumer Input on Credit Card Practices Explodes

For the first time in over 20 years, Fed is rewriting the rules governing credit-card disclosures, and asked for public comments. The proposals Fed finally came up with have been published in the Federal Register.
