Under Regulation E, when does the first day start for a financial Institution to issue provisional credit to the cardholder. Is it the day an error claim is open, or does day one start the next day?

A consumer customer had 76 WEB/ACH unauthorized transactions occur between July 8, 2014, and July 27, 2015, totaling $74,143. The bank was able to return the most current 60 day transactions to the originating bank. The transactions were performed by the customer's secretary to pay her personal bills. What is the remaining liability to the bank?

Reg E - If a customer reports a dispute on a debit card item that is still pending, does our 10-day provisional credit begin when they report the pending item or when the item actually hard posts to the account? If it starts while the transaction is pending, what if the item posts after the 10 days?

Where can I find the regulations regarding business debit cards and disputes? I know consumers fall under Reg E, but are there different regs for businesses?

Our customer is disputing a charge from a timeshare company. She authorized the charge but has since been told it's a scam. Does this fall under Reg E and/or Visa regulations?

Friendly fraud--We have a daughter that hands her mom the phone and allows her to use an app to send money via jpay--the app already had the daughter's info and it was sent, then the mom sent it with her own info--daughter is saying she didn't authorize this particular transaction. Is the bank liable?

I have a member trying to file a dispute 6 months after the transaction. He reported the transaction at the time and closed the card but didn't file the dispute. Would I still be required to give provisional credit?

Does a non-consumer have the same dispute rights as a consumer?

If a Reg E claim is approved whether PIN-based or signature-based and we later determine that the transaction in question was completed by the cardholder, can we go back and deny? Claim closed and approved on 7/30/14; we found grounds for denial. The customer reported a purchase as unauthorized but merchandise was shipped to him directly.
