We haven't quite worked out the details of our disaster recovery processes for FedLine Advantage yet. We are a single branch, so we don't have the luxury of having a second PC at another branch. When I asked the Fed about getting a spare VPN device to store offsite (such as our records storage company), they told me that they don't typically issue devices for that purpose. However, they did tell me that in the event of an emergency, they can typically have a replacement device to us by the next day, or even the same day depending on what time we request it; I believe this also applies to replacement tokens.
I think our disaster recovery plan is going to be based on the ability to obtain a replacement device and hardware within a day, which is likely at least as long as it would take up to get set up at our alternate site.
