Official FDIC signs on ATMs

Answered by:

Question:
Are FDIC Official Signs required at our ATMs?
Answer:

The current rule allows, but does not require, an insured depository institution to display the official sign on or at Remote Service Facilities that receive deposits, including ATM, with some restrictions. The revised rule will require the display of the official sign or a new official digital sign on certain ATMs. Details of the new requirement will be explained during the webinar.
