The new FDIC Official Digital Sign requirement has a specific wordmark size that is not format friendly when displayed in mobile banking. Can the sizing be adjusted for the screen or must the text be wrapped for full display? Will resizing to accommodate the screen impact compliance?

I am looking for regulations or guidance on signage/poster needing to be displayed in financial centers. We have an all-in-one compliance poster that includes Funds Availability, CRA Notice, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Notice, Equal Housing Lender Notice, Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice, and CIP Notice. I am looking for guidance on where this poster can and can not be posted in a financial center.

I know that banks are required to have certain notices posted in their lobby. I believe they are as follows:
- Equal Housing Lender (combined poster on Equal credit opportunity act and
- Fair Housing Act
- Home mortgage disclosure act
- Community Reinvestment Act
- Funds Availability Policy
- FDIC insurance signs
I am wondering if I am correct and where might be a good site to provide current wording for posters or sell them?
Would there be any signage required from the Oklahoma State Banking Department that also would need to be in the lobby?

We use the statement below to place at each desk that opens a new account or loan. Is there a specific size this should be? Most are 8.5x11, but some employees prefer a smaller size for their desks. Are there any size requirements?

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
