What are some areas that AI will impact compliance?
Answer: 

This is a developing area but anywhere AI touches customer data or interfaces with a consumer are susceptible. AI may refer a consumer to the wrong product based in part on a protected basis, may expose private non-public personal information to unauthorized persons or provide incorrect information to a problem when answering a question for a customer via a telephone call or messaging app, as a few examples.
