We have a customer that has deposited a fraudulent check to an account that only receives Social Security direct deposit. Do we have the right to charge the check back to that account?

If a customer receives a Worker's Comp settlement, is that exempt from levies (either consumer or IRS)?

When a bank holds security on a loan, such as vehicles, are they allowed, after filing a judgment against the borrower, to confiscate other personal items at the borrower's home? These items were not listed as collateral on the above mentioned loan.

A customer recently told a teller that he was cashing out most of his account in order to avoid garnishment from a creditor. He also told her he was opening a safe deposit box to keep the money "safe" from the creditor. A CTR was filed, but my gut tells me to file a SAR. Is this correct? If so, what is the reason?

Can a levy attach on a personal account that has only social security for deposits? Does it change for a person if they are incarcerated in a state prison and only have social security deposits going into their account?
