CFPB Updates Reasonable FCRA Charge for Consumer Reporting Agencies

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection updated the 2022 maximum allowable charge from $13.00 to $13.50 that consumer reporting agencies are permitted to charge consumers for disclosures under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
